First Place Winner

This photo earned me first place at the 2006 Atco Photographic Awards for the Human Interest catagory. They were open to all of the weekly papers in Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

A week in B & W

This accident was the result of road rage and is currently under investigation becasue the second car left the scene of the accident. The driver of the vehicle was ejected on the centre line of the highway. I took this photo while driving with no hands on the wheel, but only for a second.


This is Willie Big Bull of the Peigan Cowboys. I thought it was cool 'cause he was the only player in the photo that was sharp. Anyway if anyone has a good cutline for this one please let me know in the next couple of days because I want to use it in the paper and have no idea what to write.


This little guy scored the only goal in his teams game during the Atom tournament last weekend. He is a Novice player who was called up to play.


Jordan Raphael is a member of the Canadian Half Pints basketball team that travel around Canada and some of the US.



These two were testing for thier Yellow Stripe in Tae Kwon-Do on Saturday and find out if they passed on Tues.

Breaking Wind

The winds in Pincher Creek reached 160 km/h. This empty cattle liner was blown right off the road and I was almost blown over taking the photo. Many trailers were flipped, a plane had an emergency landing and ashes in a metal garbage can were blown to a wood pile that caused a house fire.
